how was the brisket? I tried curried chicken corn chowder last night. I got it from my light and tasty mag. I've recently been buying whole chickens. I haven't gotten cutting them up down to a science yet, but I'm trying. It does save money.
It was pretty good. I thought cranberries and tomato sauce wouldn't go well together, but it did. Caleb really liked it too, so that's always a plus!
I did make the chicken video, I'm not sure I'm going to post it online, I don't think it turned out like I wanted, but I'll email you the youtube link.
