The recipe for the sausage cornbread muffins was a Publix Apron's Simple Meals card, but it's kind of old, so I couldn't find a link to it on their website.

You'll have to let me know how the Curry soup and the Cubanos turn out. They look very interesting. I'm trying black bean soup this week.
Let me know if your black beans resemble Pollo Tropical's. My black bean soup recipe is good...but it's not Pollo Tropical.
I personally think that this recipe for Black Bean soup is excellent... although a little labor intensive. I used a food processor to chop stuff so it made it a LOT easier. I can send you the recipe. I also left out some ingredient called "cream sherry". I'm assuming that is alchohol, so I left it out. Anyway... I made it last night and it made a bunch of it.
Send it - if we ever move away from Miami, I'll need to make my own black beans to feed my addiction.
